Honest pricing and great customer service! I was in need of a fender for a Karavan trailer. Prior to finding Hanna I had ordered one from another vendor who listed the fender priced for $25.00 less, but upon checking out they added over $25.00 for the lowest level of UPS ground shipping (the fender probably weighs 5 lbs.) Realizing immediately they were just trying to undercut others by adding the real price into a B.S. dishonest shipping price. Then to top it off, after the order was placed they contacted me and said that even though their website inferred it was immediately available, it was not in stock but probably would be in 4-6 weeks. That was the straw that broke the camel's back; just refund my card. A second vendor I had located was doing exactly the same thing. Lesson learned, spend time researching and comparing and when you find one like Hanna, just order from them to avoid those who don't understand the value of honest business practices and following through with good customer service... BTW... Hanna shipped the part for FREE. Thanks! UPDATE: Given what I said above made a second purchase of the same item. Same great service. And again, honest pricing, no shipping costs... AND even arrived the day after it was ordered (from Wisconsin to New York)!

Marc Brown was extremely helpful and made sure that I was comfortable with my new weight distribution hitch. Laurie was very informative and taught us a lot about LP cylinders. Javier was very helpful as well when I made my appointment for service. We trust Marc and will go out of our way for service at Hanna trailer.

I’ve bought a dump trailer and an equipment trailer here and the experience was great both times. I live 2 hours away and will continue to buy all my future trailers here. Paul is great to work with and the others are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Really saved my weekend. Had a wheel bearing on my 20+ year old double waverunner trailer go bad 15 minutes into a 2 hour drive. Turned around and brought it in. They were able to replace both sides and had me back on the road in 2.5 hours. Absolutely amazing service. I can't say enough positive about them.

I purchased an item from Hanna RV online but before doing so, I reached out to their customer service department to ask a question regarding the product’s suitability to be re-purposed for a similar use but utilizing differing mechanics. I had concerns about the shear strength of the product and the customer service rep took the time to explain to me why the product would be able to handle the force it would be subjected to in my installation. This gave me confidence to go forward with my purchase.

I recently had my 2014 Rockwood Pop-Up serviced at Hanna Trailer Supply, and my experience was exceptional, primarily due to Marc. I called ahead to check for availability, and they informed me that I could conveniently drop off my trailer using their key drop-off. From my very first phone call, Marc’s professionalism and friendliness stood out, setting a positive tone for the entire process. Every time I reached out for updates, it was Marc on the other end, always friendly, clear, and concise. He patiently addressed all my concerns and questions—no matter how trivial they may have seemed. When I picked up my pop-up, I finally met Marc in person, and I was thrilled to see that they had completed the repairs on time and at a very reasonable cost. I asked if they could walk me through the operations of my trailer to prevent similar issues during my next camping trip, and Marc was more than happy to oblige. He took the time to explain the electrical system, the water heater, and much more, showing immense patience and knowledge. He answered all the stupid questions I had and didn’t make me feel stupid. Even though they were very stupid questions. Marc is the reason I will be returning to Hanna Trailer Supply. Their vast selection of products and parts is impressive, but it’s Marc’s outstanding service that truly sets them apart. If you’re in need of a trustworthy company for service and parts, these are the people you need. Marc is the best!
