I have been using Hanna Trailer for over ten years, and they are hands-down the best in the business. It is rare to find a shop that consistently delivers such high-quality work while remaining reasonably priced and completely trustworthy. A huge part of why I keep coming back is their Service Manager, Marc. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a total professional. Beyond just being easy to work with, Marc has gone above and beyond more times than I can count—even taking my calls on the weekends to offer expert advice over the phone. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jeff, one of their service technicians. Jeff does a super high-quality job and is always willing to tackle the most complex tasks that others might shy away from. His attention to detail is top-notch, and I always request him specifically whenever he’s available because I know the work will be done right. It is a relief to have found such a high-quality organization that truly cares about its customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I ordered lift actuators for my Palomino ss1500, I was a little nervous spending so much $$ from a company I’ve never heard of or worked with. Ordering process was very easy and shipping was quick and prompt. Unfortunately they only sent half my order, I was very disappointed and stressed they would make this difficult for me to receive my other parts. Not only did they recognize their fault I received an apology email and received my other parts a couple days later. I’m giving 5 stars because it felt like was buying from someone treated their customers with highest regard. Thanks

This is hands down the best trailer store I’ve ever been to! The staff (Cary) were super knowledgeable and helpful. They helped get just what I needed and they have everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this store.

Service at Hanna is the best. Javier went out to check brake controller on our truck and found it was not connected correctly. Set up appt for next morning to have truck repaired. Javier quoted-repair. Issue fixed same day cost within quote. Issue explained by Javier and Marc. Very happy with Service at Hanna Trailers.

Stop by today having tail light issue when hooking up to my trailer. Marc told me to stop by and someone would look at it. Went in checked in at service desk Javier went out with test box and determined it was a blown fuse. Javier replaced the fuse and my issue was fixed. Service at Hanna Trailers is the best. I'll be back to get my travel trailer serviced.

Honest pricing and great customer service! I was in need of a fender for a Karavan trailer. Prior to finding Hanna I had ordered one from another vendor who listed the fender priced for $25.00 less, but upon checking out they added over $25.00 for the lowest level of UPS ground shipping (the fender probably weighs 5 lbs.) Realizing immediately they were just trying to undercut others by adding the real price into a B.S. dishonest shipping price. Then to top it off, after the order was placed they contacted me and said that even though their website inferred it was immediately available, it was not in stock but probably would be in 4-6 weeks. That was the straw that broke the camel's back; just refund my card. A second vendor I had located was doing exactly the same thing. Lesson learned, spend time researching and comparing and when you find one like Hanna, just order from them to avoid those who don't understand the value of honest business practices and following through with good customer service... BTW... Hanna shipped the part for FREE. Thanks! UPDATE: Given what I said above made a second purchase of the same item. Same great service. And again, honest pricing, no shipping costs... AND even arrived the day after it was ordered (from Wisconsin to New York)!

I’ve bought a dump trailer and an equipment trailer here and the experience was great both times. I live 2 hours away and will continue to buy all my future trailers here. Paul is great to work with and the others are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend
