My family has purchased two trailers from Hanna Trailers over the last year, and while our most recent experience started off on a disappointing note, I believe it’s important to share the full story. After bringing home our new Load Trail trailer, we discovered the trailer brakes were not functioning properly. Upon further inspection, I found several wiring issues underneath the trailer that should have been caught before delivery. Having to bring a brand-new trailer back for warranty repairs was frustrating, especially since it should never have left the dealership in that condition. Initially, I was disappointed by the situation and the inconvenience it caused. However, after speaking directly with the owner, Paul, he took the concerns seriously and worked with us to make things right. He was willing to listen, address the issues, and ensure the repairs were completed properly. While the experience wasn’t perfect, I appreciate that Paul stood behind the product and was committed to earning back our trust and future business. In today’s world, mistakes can happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes says a lot. Thanks to Paul’s efforts and willingness to make things right, we would consider Hanna Trailers again for future trailer purchases.

I recently bought at trailer and had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful and the trailers they offer are of great quality. Hannah Trailer is definitely the place to go for all trailer needs!

We needed a main lift cable for our popup camper... They delivered in about a week's time.. it was sized perfectly... well worth the cost for confidence in the parts I needed

I recently purchased the Triton 09757 PWC Trailer Axle with Hubs from Hanna Trailer Supply, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Stopped in to grab a spare tire for my recently acquired trailer. I’d never been here before but I sure wish I had been! Not at all what I expected. They have tons of great parts and pieces you’d typically find at harbor freight but great brands. I’ll definitely be back, glad I finally stopped in!

Hanna Trailer is always very helpful and very customer friendly. So this is always my first stop to go when looking to buy a new trailer. If you are looking for a new trailer stop by to see Ben in parts, He had paper work done and trailer hooked up to the truck in less than 30 mins. Thanks again Hanna for the great service!

Been taking my BBQ trailer to Hanna for 5 plus years. Great staff, especially Mark in service. Always upbeat, tells you like it is, no upsell and I have never had issues w/ their work. Their service department also appears to have a the ability to do service work other regular national RV centers are unable to do. No reason to look elsewhere for my RV service needs!!

I have been using Hanna Trailer for over ten years, and they are hands-down the best in the business. It is rare to find a shop that consistently delivers such high-quality work while remaining reasonably priced and completely trustworthy. A huge part of why I keep coming back is their Service Manager, Marc. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a total professional. Beyond just being easy to work with, Marc has gone above and beyond more times than I can count—even taking my calls on the weekends to offer expert advice over the phone. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jeff, one of their service technicians. Jeff does a super high-quality job and is always willing to tackle the most complex tasks that others might shy away from. His attention to detail is top-notch, and I always request him specifically whenever he’s available because I know the work will be done right. It is a relief to have found such a high-quality organization that truly cares about its customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Honest pricing and great customer service! I was in need of a fender for a Karavan trailer. Prior to finding Hanna I had ordered one from another vendor who listed the fender priced for $25.00 less, but upon checking out they added over $25.00 for the lowest level of UPS ground shipping (the fender probably weighs 5 lbs.) Realizing immediately they were just trying to undercut others by adding the real price into a B.S. dishonest shipping price. Then to top it off, after the order was placed they contacted me and said that even though their website inferred it was immediately available, it was not in stock but probably would be in 4-6 weeks. That was the straw that broke the camel's back; just refund my card. A second vendor I had located was doing exactly the same thing. Lesson learned, spend time researching and comparing and when you find one like Hanna, just order from them to avoid those who don't understand the value of honest business practices and following through with good customer service... BTW... Hanna shipped the part for FREE. Thanks! UPDATE: Given what I said above made a second purchase of the same item. Same great service. And again, honest pricing, no shipping costs... AND even arrived the day after it was ordered (from Wisconsin to New York)!
