Position: Service Advisor/Writer

Hanna Trailer is looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Writer. Must have prior service writing experience.

The right candidate must be able to assist customers with parts in the store, type proficiently, and be highly motivated to deal with fleet accounts as well as RV & trailer customers.

Position: E-Commerce/ Customer Service Assistant

Starting Salary Range: Based On Experience (Weekly Salary + Commission)

Position Description
Hanna Trailer Supply is seeking an energetic eCommerce / Customer Service Assistant to join our growing Internet Sales Department at HannaRV.com!  This person will carry out directives and individual projects as set by the eCommerce Manager and the Company Owner.  Projects will include: Adding products and optimizing content on our proprietary websites (HannaRV.com, eBay, Amazon), search engine optimization of online products and web pages, customer service for online sales, internet marketing, account maintenance and future projects yet to be determined.  In addition to working on the Internet Sales Team, this person will help out with customer service in the store as well. This is especially important in the busier months (Spring and Summer). Customer service roles/expectations include helping answer and direct phone calls, cashiering as necessary, assisting our shipping department, and directing/assisting customers in the store. Occasionally, our Parts Department may need assistance as well with entering invoices / receiving parts, and general upkeep of the store.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Internship, college credit, or equivalent work experience marketing products via the Internet.
  • Experience in a customer service role such as a cashier or retail sales associate.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization best practices and experience in applying those skills.
  • Familiarity working with online marketing accounts, including eBay, Amazon, Google Products and Google AdWords.
  • Knowledge of camping and RV parts, snowmobiling, utility trailers and parts, snow removal equipment and automotive or related maintenance would be helpful in understanding our product lines.
