With Dicor Products Rubber Roof Coating System, you can extend the life of your rubber roof! The two part (part 2 sold seperately), commercial grade system combines a cleaner / primer necessary for proper roof preparation and an acrylic coating that provides an excellent protective barrier for extending the life of the EPDM rubber membrane. It saves over 25% in labor compared to similar systems. It has a quick drying time.
Part 1: Cleaner/Activator cleans and prepares EPDM roofing for maximum adhesion of acrylic coating. All you have to do is spray it on and rinse it off thoroughly. It has a coverage rate of 1 quart per 125 square feet.
