Installation:

End of spring with crossbar will hook to furnace fitting: locate connection points for springs before beginning.

1. Position insect screen over furnace fitting, and note spring connection point relative to screen.

2. Remove screen and insert end of spring without crossbar through the connection point on screen, securing across three screen wires.

3. Insert Installation Tool through screen and spring. Position notched end of Installation Tool on fitting, push the hook end of spring past connection point on furnace fitting. Slide hook over connection point and remove tool slowly.

Repeat Step 3 for second spring.

NOTE: Screen must be inspected monthly and cleaned when necessary to maintain proper air flow to your furnace.

Save installation tool for re-installation after cleaning.
