The Rigid Hitch DH-190 4-1/2" Flexible Rubber Hold Down features a bracket for vertical or horizontal mounting. Will not scratch painted surfaces. Brackets are zinc plated to resist corrosion. Catch mounting holes are 11/64" diameter, 11/16" apart. Hold down mounting bracket holes are 11/64" diameter, 19/32" apart.
