IN THOSE CASES IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO REPLACE THE DRIVE END PLATE ON THIS MOTOR WITH THE DRIVE END PLATE OFF YOUR OLD MOTOR** THIS APPLIES TO A VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE OF MOTORS
