The rectangular portion of the monitor panel is 2-1/4" width x 1-5/8" height, and the backside mounts flush to the wall, but sticks out 1/2" from the wall. There are mounting leafs that stick out on either side, and the mounting holes measure 2-5/8" center to center for installation.
