This lock is designed for use on latch type couplers which have a locking hole through the handle. To open, insert key into the lock and turn counter clockwise. KINEDYNE Axle Strap with Ratchet

The axle strap is used for securing a vechicle to the bed of a truck or trailer. The strap has a snap hook and ring to form a loop around the axle while the loose end is attached to the ratchet.The axle strap is yellow,  2" wide x 12' ft. long and has a breaking strength of 5,000 lbs. The ratchet is 2" wide with a snap hook on the end and has a break strength of 11,000 lbs.

KINEDYNE Wheel Net

You can secure a vechicle being towed by wrapping the KINEDYNE wheel net around the tire and winching it to the trailer. The Wheel net is constructed of tough polyester cargo webbing with a protective latex finish and a flat hook on one end. The strap is 2" wide and has a break strength of 7,500 lbs. with a working limit of 2,500 lbs. Fits tires of 13", 14", 15", 16" and  16.5".
